The opportunity

As a Venture Team Builder, you will serve as a key architect for our new ventures and portfolio companies. You will work side by side with our Partners and the CEOs of our portfolio businesses to identify, attract, and integrate the executive leadership and core team members who will define our future success. This role is designed for someone who wants to move beyond traditional recruiting to become a strategic partner in organizational development. You will play a vital role in shaping the culture and operational strength of our companies from the very beginning.

A day in the life

• You will scout and secure top-tier technical and commercial talent, ensuring our ventures have the expertise needed to scale effectively.
• You will act as a hands-on advisor during the initial launch phase of our ventures, helping them establish momentum and hit their milestones early.
• You will build and refine our internal talent infrastructure, including the management of our applicant relationships and the creation of scalable, high-quality recruiting processes.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of human resources and talent management. You thrive in fast-paced environments where process optimization is just as important as building relationships. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

• Extensive experience in recruiting, hiring, and talent management.
• A proven track record of managing complex hiring processes and optimizing organizational structures.
• Full professional proficiency in English, allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse founders and candidates.
• A proactive mindset that allows you to manage multiple stakeholders, including partners and portfolio CEOs, with ease.
