We are Anagram, a digital assets holding company dedicated to building and incubating innovative crypto projects. Our mission is to accelerate decentralized technology to transition our global economy toward a model of distributed, individual ownership. We operate as a team of entrepreneurs who value radical transparency, curiosity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. We are currently seeking a Senior Venture Investor to join us on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will work closely with our co-founders to identify, evaluate, and support the next generation of decentralized finance and blockchain ventures.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and evaluate new investment opportunities within the crypto and DeFi landscape.
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including valuation, modeling, deal structuring, and rigorous due diligence.
- Deliver high-touch, strategic support to our portfolio companies throughout their growth lifecycle.
Requirements
- Extensive professional background in crypto, tech, or fintech investing, specifically with experience managing end-to-end deal processes.
- Proven experience within Venture Capital, Private Equity, Growth Equity, Investment Management, or high-level consulting.
- Strong quantitative abilities, including proficiency in financial statement analysis and valuation techniques.
- Deep familiarity with the crypto ecosystem, including active engagement with tools like Dune Analytics, Etherscan, and industry forums.
- An exceptional work ethic paired with a strong professional network within the blockchain space.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultural and business environments.
