- Execute the assembly of mechanical and electronic components, including sensor systems and wiring harnesses, during the initial bring-up of new vehicles and stations.
- Ensure operational readiness by conducting thorough safety inspections, documenting all technical work, and preparing systems for commercial deployment.
Skills and experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a vehicle technician, ideally with hands-on exposure to autonomous or modern road vehicles.
- Proficiency in hardware and software systems, including deep knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a preference for candidates experienced in OEM diagnostic systems, high-voltage systems, hybrid drivetrains, and communication protocols like CAN or LIN.
- Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in an evolving environment where priorities shift quickly.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Fleetio is considered a strong advantage.
Compensation and benefits
We offer the opportunity to work with a world-class, international team that brings together expertise from industry leaders like Tesla, Google, and Audi. Our benefits include:
- Stock options (ESOP) to ensure you share in our collective success.
- A vibrant office environment in Berlin, complete with healthy snacks, drinks, and coffee.
- Support for your personal growth, including free German language classes.
- Regular team events designed to foster collaboration and connection.
