UX/UI Designer at Rimutee

What you bring

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join us on a contractor basis. This role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere. You will be responsible for driving design strategy and ensuring our digital products are intuitive and accessible. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading research initiatives with both users and key stakeholders to inform our design strategy.
• Designing comprehensive user journeys, flows, and target experiences that align with business and technology goals.
• Validating design proposals through rigorous usability testing and data-driven metrics.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in UX research, service design, and usability testing. We expect you to be highly proficient in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, and Hotjar, as well as project management software like Jira and Confluence. You must be fluent in both Spanish and English to communicate effectively within our international team. The ideal candidate is an empathetic thinker with a critical mindset, excellent facilitation skills, and a proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear visual solutions.
