At ready2order, our mission is to become the premier provider of smart point-of-sale systems. Based in Vienna, our product team is currently looking for a dedicated UX/UI Designer to join us on a full-time basis. Key outcomes

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to evolve our application into an intuitive, user-friendly experience for diverse business sectors.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, workshops, and testing, to translate insights into actionable design solutions.
• Develop, analyze, and refine design prototypes to ensure we deliver the best possible results for our users.
• Maintain and expand our design system in Figma, including the creation of UI elements, interactions, and screens.
• Design thoughtful user flows that serve as the foundation for new features.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI and UX design, ideally with a focus on mobile applications or software products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for both design creation and system maintenance.
• A strong technical understanding that allows you to bridge the gap between design concepts and development requirements.
• Experience with coding is considered a significant advantage.
• An analytical mindset paired with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, enabling you to lead workshops and work effectively within an international team.

Compensation

The annual gross salary for this full-time position is 47,000 EUR. We offer a hybrid work model to provide our team members with flexibility, alongside a modern office environment in the heart of Vienna that is easily accessible by public transport.
