Skydropx is looking for a UX Researcher
We are currently looking for a UX Researcher to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Skydropx, we are dedicated to transforming the logistics industry. Responsibilities
- Analyze various quantitative and qualitative data sources to pinpoint product challenges and uncover areas for improvement.
- Execute both evaluative and generative research projects using a mix of methodologies.
- Lead workshops and maintain close, ongoing collaboration with our product team.
Requirements
- A completed bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL is preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
- Practical experience using heat map tools.
- Demonstrated expertise with product analytics software.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
