We are Thera, a company backed by YC '22 that is revolutionizing how modern businesses operate. Our platform serves as a comprehensive ecosystem, handling everything from global payroll and treasury management to invoicing and spend tracking. We are looking for a talented mid-level UX Designer to join our remote team and help us build intuitive, powerful interfaces for our suite of financial tools. What you'll be doing
- You will lead the design process for our products, taking features from the initial concept stage all the way through to final implementation.
- You will work alongside our engineering and product teams to prototype, iterate, and define user flows that make our financial tools easy to navigate.
- You will conduct user research and usability testing to ensure every design decision is backed by data and user insights.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in product or UX design. We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in Figma and can demonstrate a strong portfolio featuring complex workflows and clean visual design. You should be comfortable designing for web applications and business tools, and you must have excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with our team. Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and maintaining design systems will be essential as you help us champion user-centric thinking across the company.
