UX Designer II at Flexe

At Flexe, we are a group of logistics experts and technology entrepreneurs working to revolutionize the 1.5 trillion dollar logistics industry. We provide cloud-based software that connects a network of over 1,300 warehouse operators across North America, helping the world's largest enterprises build flexible, agile, and efficient supply chains. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a UX Designer II to join our team and help us build intuitive software that transforms how businesses store and ship inventory.

Key outcomes

• Simplify complex, multi-device workflows into clean and intuitive product experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and various stakeholders throughout the entire design lifecycle.
• Develop and iterate on ideas using wireframes, process flow diagrams, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Design solutions that balance business goals, technical constraints, and user pain points.
• Conduct usability testing with high-resolution prototypes to uncover and address user challenges.
• Take a lead role in building and maintaining our internal design system.
• Contribute to the evolution of our internal design processes and information architecture.
• Lead the discovery and research phases for new features while advocating for a user-centered product vision.
• Provide clear assets, specifications, and guidance to support the development team during implementation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in interaction, visual, user interface, and user experience design.
• Proven ability to lead projects from a user experience perspective.
• Expertise in designing, prototyping, and presenting work within Figma.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse internal teams.
• A self-motivated and positive mindset with a genuine passion for technology and entrepreneurship.
• An empathetic approach to design, with a focus on delivering customer value and business impact.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• 6 or more years of experience designing products for both desktop and mobile applications.
• Advanced expertise in facilitating usability tests with both customers and internal operations teams.
• A strong commitment to high-quality UI implementation and attention to detail.
• Experience contributing to and advocating for the adoption of a consistent design system.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $156,000 to $182,000. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
