What you bring

We are looking for a UX Design Intern to join our team on a remote internship basis. In this role you will collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams while sharpening your skills in user research and interface design. You will contribute to meaningful projects that support last-mile delivery solutions used by airlines, artisans, and many other industries. Three main responsibilities include supporting user research activities such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing, guiding the design process from early concepts and wireframes through high-fidelity designs and development hand-off, and shipping real software features that reach our users. This position is available to candidates located anywhere.

Requirements

We seek candidates who are currently working toward or have recently completed a degree in HCI, CS, ID, or a related field and who demonstrate competence in Figma along with other relevant design tools. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to articulate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal intern shows an inherent curiosity about customer problems, a passion for turning complex challenges into simple and engaging solutions, and a genuine desire to grow through ongoing feedback and collaboration. Proficiency in English is required.
