The opportunity

We are seeking a UX Consultant to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our digital products. Your primary mission is to redesign the user experience across our web and mobile applications, ensuring that our platform remains consistent, intuitive, and simple for all users. You will act as a bridge between complex technical requirements and elegant visual narratives, helping us maintain the high standards of our verified identity network.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to redesign our interfaces, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring our vision to life.
• You will take ownership of our design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure that our digital products remain scalable and consistent as we grow.
• You will iterate on design concepts based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring that every solution is technically feasible and delivered efficiently within our project timelines.

Who you are

You are a mid-level designer with a strong background in UX for web and mobile platforms. You possess a refined stylistic point of view and a deep understanding of design fundamentals like typography, color, and composition. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a portfolio that highlights your ability to use grid-based compositions effectively.

Key requirements include:

• Significant experience in UX design and a history of working in senior or specialized design roles.
• Proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Familiarity with React-based UI component libraries such as MUI or Ant.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
