Our team is currently made up of over 60 dedicated professionals, and we are proud to have developed Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle, which currently holds the number three spot among word games on both iOS and Android in the United States. We are looking for passionate people to join us as we continue to grow our footprint in the puzzle gaming market.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a key position for someone who has a strong background in the mobile gaming industry and wants to help us scale our reach.
What will you do?
- Take charge of the operational management of our advertising campaigns, including the technical setup and funnel calculations.
- Analyze the effectiveness of our marketing efforts using internal services and tools like Google Sheets.
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to drive growth across our puzzle and casual game titles.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of experience specifically in user acquisition for mobile games. You should be comfortable working in English and possess the following qualities:
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Facebook.
- A deep understanding of marketing funnels and key performance indicators.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex statistics.
- A proactive mindset with the initiative to drive results.
