What you bring
We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Germany. In this hybrid role, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and play a pivotal role in driving our growth through performance marketing and data-driven experimentation. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing comprehensive user acquisition campaigns across diverse channels, including social media, mobile video networks, and influencer partnerships.
- Collaborating with our design team to develop creative assets and conducting proactive experiments to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyzing campaign metrics to ensure we are meeting our ROI goals while staying ahead of industry trends in mobile gaming marketing.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have at least three years of experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally within a high-volume consumer-facing digital business like mobile gaming. You must be comfortable working with data to drive your decision-making process and have a proven track record of managing successful, self-driven initiatives. We value candidates who possess excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, and you should be proficient in English.
