What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior US Tax and Accounting Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the Philippines, designed for an experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of complex engagements and provide strategic leadership to our teams.
What will you do?
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of client engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and final technical review to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our clients by identifying complex tax and accounting issues and collaborating with partners to provide timely, effective solutions.
- Mentor and lead engagement teams, managing performance reviews and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional development.
