We specialize in connecting medical facilities with highly skilled professionals, ranging from Licensed Practical Nurses to physicians, through direct placement, contract, and temp-to-hire arrangements. As we continue to expand our network, we are looking for a US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, allowing you to work remotely or from our Alabang office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, qualifying, negotiating, and successfully placing candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of diverse, qualified healthcare talent by utilizing innovative sourcing strategies, networking, and data mining.
• Collaborate closely with our US and PH sales teams to ensure a deep understanding of client requirements and to coordinate smooth candidate deployments.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in US healthcare recruiting, with a proven track record of placing nurses and physicians.
• Full professional fluency in English, as clear communication is vital for our daily operations.
• Technical proficiency with applicant tracking systems and a strong grasp of Boolean search logic for effective candidate sourcing.
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a healthcare-related field is preferred, though not strictly required.
• The ability to work a permanent night or early morning shift to align with US market hours.
