At find healthcareers, we operate as a global, AI-powered staffing firm dedicated to helping US healthcare organizations improve patient care quality and efficiency. We specialize in connecting medical facilities with highly skilled professionals, ranging from Licensed Practical Nurses to physicians, through direct placement, contract, and temp-to-hire arrangements. As we continue to expand our network, we are looking for a US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, allowing you to work remotely or from our Alabang office.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, qualifying, negotiating, and successfully placing candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of diverse, qualified healthcare talent by utilizing innovative sourcing strategies, networking, and data mining.
- Collaborate closely with our US and PH sales teams to ensure a deep understanding of client requirements and to coordinate smooth candidate deployments.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in US healthcare recruiting, with a proven track record of placing nurses and physicians.
- Full professional fluency in English, as clear communication is vital for our daily operations.
- Technical proficiency with applicant tracking systems and a strong grasp of Boolean search logic for effective candidate sourcing.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a healthcare-related field is preferred, though not strictly required.
- The ability to work a permanent night or early morning shift to align with US market hours.
