What you bring

As a Senior Unreal Engine C++ Programmer, you will play a vital role in our coding department by writing high-quality code and supporting our technical infrastructure. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Developing and maintaining C++ code specifically for the Lays of Althas: Sundered Order project.
• Participating in regular team meetings via Slack to ensure our development pipeline remains efficient and transparent.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members to help foster a collaborative and growing environment.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills. You must have proven experience developing within Unreal Engine using C++. While not strictly required, familiarity with Blueprint scripting is highly recommended. Because we operate as an English-speaking team, fluency in English is essential for success in this role. We value individuals who are proactive communicators, comfortable asking questions when challenges arise, and dedicated to following our established team policies.
