The opportunity

We are searching for a Unichain Infrastructure Manager to lead our efforts in building and maintaining key partnerships. This is a full-time, remote role where you will act as the primary technical bridge between our foundation and the partners integrating with Unichain. You will be instrumental in guiding these projects through their lifecycle, ensuring that our ecosystem remains robust, innovative, and developer-friendly.

A day in the life

• You will oversee our infrastructure and DeFi partnerships, providing technical guidance from the initial evaluation phase through to mainnet deployment and long-term ecosystem growth.
• You will partner with our growth team to design and execute developer-focused initiatives that highlight the unique technical advantages of Unichain.
• You will serve as an evangelist for our builders by producing high-quality technical content, including tutorials, blog posts, and workshops, while gathering community feedback to improve the developer experience.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least 4 years of experience in managing infrastructure or DeFi partnerships within the blockchain space. You possess a deep understanding of the EVM ecosystem and have a proven history of driving results in complex technical environments. You are a strategic thinker who knows how to foster growth, and you have the communication skills necessary to translate intricate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for a wide range of stakeholders. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
