Underwriting Analyst at Duetti

We are looking for a Lead Underwriting Analyst to join our team in a full-time capacity. Since our founding in 2022, Duetti has been dedicated to transforming the financial landscape for independent music artists. By providing immediate cash flow options, we allow artists to monetize their master catalogs and tracks, a service previously reserved for elite performers. Our approach is deeply rooted in data-centered methodologies and predictive risk assessment. With over $120 million in funding from notable investors like Roc Nation and Viola Ventures, we have already supported hundreds of artists with deals reaching up to $2 million. Responsibilities

• Perform daily quantitative analysis to price music industry assets and drive our investment strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and data scientists to build, refine, and implement risk assessment models and underwriting policies.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights that guide our investment decisions.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in investment, quantitative, or risk analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and a strong command of financial modeling, net present value, and discounted cash flow analysis.
• Expertise in probability and statistical analysis, with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is considered a plus, as is prior experience within the music industry.
