The role
We are seeking a Junior UK Sales Support (Internal) professional to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. This role is essential to our operations, as you will provide the administrative backbone for our sales department. You will help streamline our processes, improve the customer journey, and ensure our sales team has the support they need to succeed.
Core responsibilities
- Proactively manage and follow up on outstanding quotations to ensure clients receive the information they need in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update our CRM systems to ensure all client data and project milestones are accurate and current.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents, performing data entry, and generating sales reporting.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in sales administration or customer service. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key requirements include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
- A collaborative mindset and a positive, results-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience within the manufacturing or construction sectors is considered a plus.
