Since 2014, we have scaled to support over 300,000 businesses and 2 million users, and we are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team and help drive our continued expansion.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source new sales opportunities through a mix of cold calling, email outreach, and inbound marketing leads.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand the specific needs and requirements of potential clients.
- Qualify prospects and route them to the appropriate Account Executives to move deals forward.
- Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers and generate meaningful interest in our platform.
- Manage and grow your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Assist in delivering engaging online product demonstrations when necessary.
Must-haves
- Proven experience in a high-volume B2B inside sales role.
- A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent phone presence and the resilience required to thrive in a fast-paced, outbound-focused environment.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and active listening abilities.
- Effective multitasking and time management skills.
