ChurchDesk is an ambitious scale-up dedicated to transforming the church vertical across Europe by providing enterprise solutions to some of the world's most historic institutions. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our lean product team in Copenhagen, where you will report directly to our CPO and help us build intuitive, impactful experiences for our users.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary advocate for our users, ensuring every design decision results in simple and delightful solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers to develop wireframes and mockups for both web and mobile platforms to support ongoing research.
- Conduct independent user research with our German and Danish customers to validate solutions and uncover new needs.
- Map out complex user journeys to improve overall flow and clarity.
- Work closely with our product and translation teams to refine UX copy.
- Prepare detailed, validated mockups for our development and QA teams, participating in design reviews throughout the implementation process.
Must-haves
- Native-level proficiency in German and fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work on-site at our Copenhagen office, with a willingness to travel approximately 10 days per year.
- Proven experience or demonstrated talent in UI/UX design, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in Figma and FigJam.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree.
- A bias for action and a focus on shipping the smallest viable version to solve core problems efficiently.

- Specific background in designing for both web and mobile user experiences.
