We are now expanding the team that shapes how technicians and office staff interact with these tools every day.
About the Role
We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to join us on a Full Time, fully remote basis. In this position you will lead design work for our native mobile applications on iOS and Android, translating user research into intuitive flows that help field technicians complete their work faster and more accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts that improve both new and existing features in our technician-facing mobile apps for Android and iOS.
- Partner with front-end engineers to deliver production-ready assets and maintain design intent through implementation.
- Plan and facilitate user research sessions, synthesize findings, and turn insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
Requirements
- Four or more years of hands-on mobile interface design experience on both iOS and Android platforms, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates polished, user-tested work.
- Strong command of interface design principles, UX research methods, and the ability to evaluate complex workflows from the user’s perspective.
- Proficiency with Figma for creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Comfort working U.S. Eastern time zone hours and collaborating across product, engineering, and leadership teams.
