UI Designer at PhotoAiD

We are building a global company based in Poland that is currently generating over $10 million in annual recurring revenue and growing at 100% year over year. Through our platform, PhotoAiD, millions of people across the globe can create professional document photos without ever leaving their homes. Our work has earned us recognition as the Best Polish Startup of 2024 by Aulery, a spot on the Deloitte Fast 50 list, and inclusion in the Financial Times FT1000 ranking for three consecutive years. We are now looking for a talented UI Designer who loves creating beautiful, functional interfaces and understands that great design is driven by logic as much as aesthetics.

What you'll be doing

• You will design interfaces for our web and mobile applications, ensuring every screen is thoughtful, consistent, and optimized for high conversion.
• You will develop and maintain our design system while creating clear prototypes and documentation to support our developers.
• You will work closely with our product and technical teams to analyze user behavior, test new hypotheses, and iterate on a product used by millions of people.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in UI design and a portfolio that demonstrates your process, style, and effectiveness with mobile or web applications. We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including expertise in auto-layouts, components, variants, and prototyping.
• A strong grasp of UX/UI principles, mobile-first design, accessibility, and iterative development.
• The ability to think in systems, ensuring that individual screens contribute to a scalable and cohesive product experience.
• Strong communication skills, allowing you to justify your design decisions and collaborate effectively with developers.
• Fluency in English to work within our international environment.
• Experience with no-code tools, UI frameworks like Storybook, or analytics platforms such as Hotjar and GA4 is considered a plus.
