What you bring
We are looking for a Senior-level Transformation Project Manager II to join us on a Full Time, on-site basis in Costa Rica. In this role, you will work closely with our Project Management Program Director to activate strategic plans and ensure our business practices remain optimized and sustainable. Your work will focus on project management, process improvement, and data reporting to keep our teams aligned and informed. Key responsibilities include:
- Project Coordination: You will oversee the planning and tracking of transformation programs to ensure all milestones are achieved on time.
- Portfolio Management: You will manage the alignment of financial, strategic, and product deliverables across various internal teams.
- Communication: You will be responsible for drafting updates, engaging with key partners, and organizing essential meetings to keep stakeholders connected.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position possesses a strong background in project management and portfolio coordination. You should be highly skilled in process improvement and data reporting, with a natural ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. Proficiency in English is required to collaborate effectively within our global environment.
