ResProp Management is a dedicated multi-family property management firm that has been helping residents find homes and building vibrant communities since 2010. We have expanded to manage over 13,000 units and continue to grow, driven by our commitment to servant leadership and our pursuit of top-tier talent. We are currently looking for a Transactions Marketing & SEM Lead to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Texas or Florida. In this role, you will collaborate with our marketing and regional leadership teams to craft targeted strategies and brand development initiatives that support our diverse portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of marketing transactions, including the onboarding and offboarding phases during the first 90 days of a deal.
Oversee our SEM efforts by tracking campaign success, monitoring key performance metrics, and providing actionable recommendations to property and regional managers.
Perform digital marketing analysis to support business development and provide ongoing marketing support to our onsite teams.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited university.
Between 2 and 4 years of professional experience in marketing and brand development, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the multifamily property management industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign, as well as Canva, Social Media platforms, SEMrush, and Looker.
A proven ability to stay current with industry trends and proactively develop your own professional capabilities.
