Our peer recovery specialists, clinicians, and benefits experts work side by side with our members to guide them toward better health. We are currently looking for a Senior Training Specialist - Clinical to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will help shape our culture and drive performance by developing and delivering dynamic training programs that empower our staff as we continue to grow and evolve.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of clinical onboarding and ongoing professional development, including shadowing team members, providing constructive feedback, and coaching on clinical best practices.
- Collaborate with our clinical support teams and practicing clinicians to ensure that all training materials and sessions remain aligned with our current initiatives and standards of care.
- Lead engaging training sessions for both clinical and non-clinical staff, utilizing data to measure effectiveness and continuously improve our learning programs.
Requirements
We are seeking a seasoned professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, fluid environment. You should possess the following qualifications:
- Three to four years of experience as a practicing clinician, such as an RN, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician’s Assistant.
- Three to four years of experience in a training, facilitation, or educational role, with a strong background in large-audience presentations.
- Proven expertise in Electronic Health Records training and change management.
- Excellent public speaking skills and the ability to create interactive webinars and instructional content.
- A willingness to travel up to 60% of the time to support our market launches and community-based teams.
