Training Senior Manager, ICI Academy at Icertis

We are looking for a dedicated Training Senior Manager to join our ICI Academy and help us empower our users to get the most out of our technology.

What you'll be doing

• You will lead the delivery of product training for both internal teams and our global customers, which may involve traveling to various locations.
• You will collaborate closely with our product management, engineering, and professional services departments to master the Icertis platform and ensure our training materials remain current as the product evolves.
• You will be responsible for designing and updating comprehensive training courses, certification tracks, and digital lab materials to meet the specific needs of our internal organizations.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of enterprise software and a passion for education. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• You have at least 10 years of experience in product training development and delivery, or 5 years of functional or technical experience with ICI implementations.
• You demonstrate exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• You have a solid grasp of database concepts and experience with CRM or ERP systems.
• You are comfortable delivering training in both classroom settings and over the web.
• Previous experience interacting with partners or customers in a training or implementation capacity is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of the contract lifecycle management domain is considered a significant advantage.
