Responsibilities
- Represent Skillsoft ILT by delivering high-quality education that meets vendor specifications and our internal quality standards.
- Manage classroom environments effectively to minimize disruptions and ensure a positive learning experience.
- Collaborate with the scheduling manager to ensure trainer utilization meets company goals.
- Provide sales support by identifying delegate leads and engaging with customers during visits.
- Stay current with industry trends, technology changes, and exam guidelines to share knowledge with the wider team.
- Participate in vendor training sessions and be prepared to redeliver materials to other trainers when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude while building strong communication channels with operational team members.
Must-haves
- Current certification as an ITIL Master.
- Proven experience delivering training events, specifically including ITIL Foundation and advanced ITIL courses.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively engage diverse groups of learners.
- Demonstrated ability in project management and effective organizational planning.
- Fluency in English.
- A commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of IT trends and certification requirements.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
