Trade Process Manager at Impossible Foods

We are looking for a Trade Process Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Impossible Foods, we are dedicated to transforming the global food system, and our IT team plays a vital role in that mission. In this senior-level position, you will serve as a key resource for our Trade Promotion Management systems. You will collaborate closely with our internal IT staff and business stakeholders to maintain, optimize, and deliver robust solutions that support our growth across retail and food service channels. This is an opportunity to manage the entire development lifecycle, from initial design through to production deployment, while ensuring our technology keeps pace with our expanding business needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary bridge between our business teams and application vendors, overseeing support and enhancement requests to ensure our systems remain efficient and scalable.
• Lead the end-to-end support process for our trade promotion systems, which includes handling configurations, functional specifications, data migration, testing, and documentation.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, guiding our development teams through the entire planning and execution process.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting Trade Promotion Management platforms.
• Deep functional knowledge of end-to-end planning processes and a strong understanding of commercial trends within the consumer products and retail sectors.
• Expertise in SAP environments, along with proficiency in MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, and the broader MS Office suite.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and exercise mature judgment when solving complex problems.
