We are a growing Managed Service Provider based in New Castle, Delaware, and we are looking for a motivated Tier 1 / Tier 2 Field Technician to join our team. What you'll be doing
- You will act as the primary point of contact for technical issues, resolving problems through phone, email, remote sessions, and direct on-site visits.
- You will manage and maintain the Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Active Directory environments.
- You will collaborate with our senior engineers on project implementations and escalations while keeping detailed documentation of all your work in our ticketing system.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally within an MSP setting. You will need to be fluent in English and possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows OS, Azure AD, and Active Directory.
- Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and switches.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine eagerness to learn new technologies, including basic scripting with PowerShell.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to facilitate your work at various client sites.
