The opportunity
We are looking for a Third Party Management Associate to join our team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will be the backbone of our partner ecosystem, managing the full lifecycle of our third-party relationships. You will bridge the gap between our internal product goals and the external providers who help us achieve them. By combining your analytical mindset with strong relationship management skills, you will ensure our partnerships are efficient, compliant, and strategically aligned with our mission to provide world-class financial services.
A day in the life
- You will partner with our product and operational teams to identify business needs and source the right third-party solutions to solve complex challenges.
- You will lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, guiding them from initial discovery and contract negotiation all the way to a successful go-live.
- You will maintain the health of our existing partnerships by monitoring performance, managing agreement renewals, and ensuring all spend remains within budget.
Who you are
You are a professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in fintech or financial services, specifically within procurement, product management, or relationship management. You possess a Bachelor’s degree and have a deep understanding of how external providers influence the banking landscape. You are a skilled negotiator who can navigate legal requirements while maintaining strong rapport with stakeholders. Because we operate in a fast-paced environment, you are comfortable juggling multiple priorities and have the analytical rigor to turn data into actionable business decisions. You are fluent in English and carry yourself with the confidence needed to represent our brand in any setting.
