Test Infrastructure Engineer at Ema

We are currently looking for a Senior Test Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in India. This is a hybrid position, and we look forward to having you in our office three days a week.

What you'll be doing

• You will design comprehensive test strategies and build robust frameworks for web applications, system integration, and service-level testing to boost overall engineering productivity.
• You will create advanced testing frameworks specifically tailored to improve the quality and velocity of unit tests for our Python and Go codebases.
• You will integrate automated testing into our CI/CD pipelines and develop stress testing solutions using tools like Selenium and Postman.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering and quality assurance. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of professional experience as a Test or QA Engineer, with a deep understanding of testing methodologies.
• Expertise in designing test frameworks and owning the implementation of testing strategies.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Pytest, TestNG, and Selenium.
• A solid grasp of Git for version control and experience integrating automation into CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams in English.
