About the Role
We are looking for a Test Engineering Support Lead to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this leadership position, you will oversee Tier 2 and Tier 3 support functions across our Technology Operations and Product Strategy engineering verticals. You will guide a talented team of engineers, manage complex production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve our systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the triage, debugging, and troubleshooting of critical issues across our BSS, OSS, portal, mobile apps, and billing systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for engineering during production incidents, including running war rooms and providing clear status updates to executive stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide development and test engineering teams by sharing insights on customer-reported defects and improving overall workflows.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in an internet service provider environment or supporting full-stack engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a lead support specialist role focused on central engineering functions.
- At least 5 years of experience in team leadership.
- 5 years of experience supporting cloud-native, full-stack environments, including familiarity with Salesforce, OSS, iOS, Android, and Zuora.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide root cause analysis and escalation updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.

This position is based in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $167,000 - $245,000. In addition to the base salary, this role includes a bonus, a cash award, and a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that individual pay within this range is determined by factors such as your specific work location, professional experience, and relevant training.
