Role at a glance
We are searching for a Senior Territory Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within your assigned territory. You will report directly to our Division Manager and play a vital role in our ongoing success.
Your impact
- Drive volume growth by executing a strategic, operator-focused sales plan that targets regional chains and large leveraged accounts.
- Lead hands-on product demonstrations, including fry tests and application trials, to showcase the performance and value of our specialty oils and bakery products.
- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, brokers, and key decision-makers to ensure long-term territory success.
What you'll need
To excel in this role, you should be a master of consultative selling with a proven ability to articulate value propositions. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, capable of managing their own territory, and comfortable working with minimal supervision. You must be proficient in Salesforce to manage your pipeline and administrative tasks effectively. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be presenting technical product information to diverse audiences. You should also possess a solid understanding of distributor economics and competitive market positioning. Fluency in English is required, and you must be prepared to travel up to 50 percent of the time within your territory to meet with clients and partners.
