What you bring

As a Senior Territory Sales Representative, you will work in a full-time, on-site capacity based in the United States. You will be responsible for managing an active territory, conducting site consultations, and driving regional growth by leveraging your expertise in technical sales and CRM systems. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing a high volume of active sales opportunities from discovery through to the final project walkthrough.
  • Balancing field-based site consultations with phone and video interactions to provide accurate quotes and follow-ups.
  • Executing a consistent sales process to close between 110 and 130 projects annually.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses 5 to 7 years of experience in both inside and outside sales. You should have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex customer relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems are essential. We value individuals who are highly self-motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have strong verbal and written communication abilities. While not required, being bilingual is considered a plus. You should be comfortable working face-to-face with both homeowners and commercial decision-makers while maintaining strict attention to detail.
