Are you a sales professional with a heart for animals and a drive to succeed? Mixlab is a fast-growing, PCAB-accredited veterinary compounding pharmacy that is changing the way pets receive care. Since launching in 2017, we have dedicated ourselves to creating high-quality, custom medications that make life better for pets, their owners, and the veterinary teams who treat them. We are looking for an Equine Territory Sales Manager to join our team and help us expand our impact across the Eastern United States.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, remote position designed for a senior-level professional. You will be responsible for managing and growing our equine veterinary accounts, acting as a key driver of our expansion. Because we operate as a distributed team, you can work from anywhere in the country as long as you are ready to support our partners in the Eastern US.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial prospecting and cold outreach to onboarding and long-term account management.
- Exceed aggressive sales targets by strategically managing your territory and reactivating existing client relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador by conducting virtual software demonstrations and presenting our personalized compounding solutions to veterinary clinics and equine practitioners.
What you'll need
- At least three years of experience in a sales or marketing role, ideally within the veterinary or equine industry.
- Proven success managing a full sales pipeline, with proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Strong technical skills, including comfort with Google Suite and web-based meeting platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, specifically in cold calling, email outreach, and professional meeting facilitation.
- A self-starting, results-driven mindset with the organizational grit to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency in English.

The on-target earnings for this role range from $117,000 to $132,000, which includes a base salary of $65,000 to $80,000 plus a $52,000 variable bonus.
