The role

We are seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that offers you the flexibility to manage your own territory while maintaining a strong connection to our regional support network. You will be responsible for driving profitability and expanding our market presence by building meaningful, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

Core responsibilities

  • Cultivate and secure new business opportunities through a relationship-based sales approach, including conducting in-person visits and professional presentations.
  • Consult with clients to understand their specific needs and demonstrate how our technical roofing systems provide the best solutions for their facilities.
  • Provide exceptional ongoing customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving technical concerns, and managing account needs through clear, proactive communication.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven background in sales and a professional approach to marketing. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in consultative sales and managing cooperative contracts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contact management software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A high school diploma is required, though a post-secondary degree is preferred.
  • The ability to travel domestically and internationally, including maintaining a valid driver's license and the physical capability to traverse various roof levels when necessary.
  • Must successfully pass all required background screenings to gain access to secure locations.
