What you bring

In this full-time, remote position, you will serve as a key representative for our business, focusing on expanding our market share and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for executing strategic sales plans and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers across the territory. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed profitability and growth objectives.
  • Cultivating new business opportunities while managing existing accounts to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilizing tools like Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate data and reporting on market trends and customer needs.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses deep industry knowledge and a proactive mindset. You must have significant experience within the automotive, automotive aftermarket, or autoglass sectors. Success in this role requires a mastery of consultative selling, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of elastic bonding technologies. You should be fluent in English and comfortable presenting high-impact training seminars to diverse audiences. We value individuals who are self-motivated, organized, and capable of building lasting professional relationships at all levels of a customer organization.
