The opportunity
We are looking for a Territory Account Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this role, you will be the face of Rooted, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying new opportunities to crafting detailed proposals that bring our clients' visions to life. This position is perfect for a mid-level professional who thrives on independence, enjoys solving problems, and is eager to play a direct role in our company's expansion.
A day in the life
- You will actively build and manage your sales pipeline by identifying potential clients through networking and research.
- You will conduct on-site consultations to listen to client needs, assess their outdoor spaces, and develop customized project proposals.
- You will maintain meticulous records of your interactions and project progress within our CRM system to ensure every client receives a seamless experience.
Who you are
You are a self-motivated communicator who genuinely enjoys connecting with others. You have a proven track record in sales, ideally within the landscaping or construction industries, and you understand the importance of managing your time effectively. You are comfortable navigating the technical side of project proposals and have a basic grasp of landscaping materials and design. Because this role involves meeting with clients throughout your territory, you possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. You are fluent in English and are flexible enough to occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet the needs of our clients.
