The opportunity

We are looking for a Terminal Operations Expert to join us in shaping the future of container terminals. Because we value deep industry knowledge, we are prepared to tailor this senior-level role to fit your unique background. Whether your expertise lies in Sales, Product development, Technical Program Management, or core Operations, we want to build a position that leverages your specific strengths. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity based in Germany where you will help us scale safer and more sustainable terminal operations.

A day in the life

• You will apply your deep operational knowledge to refine and improve our automation processes, ensuring they meet the high standards of modern terminal environments.
• You will collaborate across departments to bridge the gap between complex terminal equipment and our software solutions, acting as a bridge between technical teams and real-world logistics needs.
• You will share your insights on terminal planning, supervision, or dispatching to help us solve the most pressing challenges facing the industry today.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a passion for logistics and a deep understanding of how terminals function. We are looking for someone who brings the following to our team:

• At least 5 years of experience working directly at a container terminal, specifically within planning, supervision, or dispatching roles.
• Proven experience working with automated or semi-automated terminals.
• Practical familiarity with terminal equipment, including Automated-Rubber-Tyred Gantry cranes, Automated Stacking Cranes, Automated Guided Vehicles, Terminal Tractors, and Straddle Carriers.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively across our international team.
• It is a bonus if you have experience with simulation tools, process automation consulting, or an interest in the future of zero-emission terminal fleets.
