We are Mactwin, the market leader in integrated security solutions for the banking and cash-in-transit sectors, critical infrastructure, industry, and education. We are currently looking for a passionate Tender Manager to join our team in Heteren. In this senior, full-time, on-site role, you will be the driving force behind our bid strategy. You will identify the right opportunities that align with our corporate vision and act as the primary point of contact for both our clients and our internal tender teams. By maintaining a broad perspective, you will ensure that client needs are clearly understood and that our leadership team has the necessary insights to support our winning strategies.
Key outcomes
- Take full ownership of the tender process, from initial selection to the final delivery of high-quality documentation.
- Assemble and lead the ideal tender team for each project.
- Translate complex client requirements into actionable strategies that resonate with our internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the central hub for communication throughout the entire bidding lifecycle.
- Ensure all submissions reflect our high standards and technical expertise in security systems.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in terms of professional and intellectual capacity.
- Proven experience working as a bid or tender manager.
- Strong affinity with and knowledge of security systems.
- Familiarity with various contract types, including UAV-GC, two-phase contracts, and Best Value procurement.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong writing skills, organizational sensitivity, and a creative, results-oriented mindset.
- Residency within one hour of travel time to our office in Heteren.
