A day in the life

• You will reach out to our existing leads to understand their goals and determine how we can best support their financial journey.
• You will conduct active sales conversations over the phone, using your negotiation skills and confidence to secure new opportunities.
• You will manage our client data with precision in our CRM system and coordinate appointments for our dedicated sales team.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited about connecting with people. You should be comfortable and confident on the phone, with a natural ability to put customers first. We value clear communication and a professional demeanor. You should also be proficient with computers, specifically MS Office, and have the ability to navigate CRM systems effectively. Because our community is primarily based in German-speaking regions, excellent German language skills are essential for this position.
