About the Role
We are hiring a Telecom MSP Project Manager for a full-time position. This role is perfect for someone with about one year of experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring that our technical teams and telecom partners stay aligned to meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of managed services and telecom projects, including infrastructure installations like SD-WAN, GPON, and firewalls.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for telecom carriers such as Verizon, Lumen, and AT&T to manage circuit ordering, scheduling, and status tracking.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines and task milestones, while keeping internal stakeholders and customers informed of progress.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in the telecommunications or managed services industry. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- One to three years of experience in project coordination, operations, or service delivery.
- A basic understanding of network services, including Ethernet, firewalls, and SD-WAN.
- Familiarity with carrier provisioning processes and the ability to track multiple vendor timelines.
- Proficiency with project tracking tools, ticketing systems, and internal databases.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and clients.
