The role
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This position is perfect for a student or someone early in their career who is eager to build professional experience. We are looking for someone between the ages of 22 and 30 who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Core responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and maintain consistent follow-up on assigned leads.
- Present and pitch our various service offerings to prospective customers.
- Manage daily communication tasks to ensure our outreach goals are met effectively.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage with others. While we welcome freshers, having at least 6 months of experience in sales is considered a plus. You must be proficient in English, Bengali, and Hindi to communicate effectively with our diverse client base.
Compensation and benefits
The monthly salary for this position is 11,000 INR. Our team works a regular schedule from Monday through Friday, 10 am to 7 pm, and Saturdays from 11 am to 5 pm, with the added benefit of two Saturdays off each month.
