What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Technology Team Member to join us in a full-time capacity. This is an on-site position that requires you to be permanently based in the United States with full authorization to work here. You will play a vital role in maintaining the systems and software that keep our organization running smoothly.
What will you do?
- Manage and optimize our data processing and business intelligence tools to ensure our teams have the insights they need.
- Oversee IT setup for new hires to ensure they have the hardware and access required to succeed from day one.
- Provide proactive troubleshooting support to resolve technical issues across all internal departments.

You must be fluent in English, as clear communication is essential for supporting our internal teams.
