What you bring

We are seeking a talented individual for our Software Engineer Internship. This is a 10-week, hybrid program designed to give you hands-on experience within a fast-paced hedge fund environment. You will work on sophisticated technology projects that support our asset management functions, including trading systems and data analysis tools. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and enhancing software applications while maintaining code integrity and scalability.
• Utilizing modern technologies such as AI, machine learning, big data, and cloud computing to solve complex technical problems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions align with firm-wide business goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026. We are looking for candidates who possess strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++ and have a solid familiarity with development tools like Git and Jira. You must demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal. We value candidates who can manage multiple deadlines with high attention to detail, work cooperatively across all levels of the organization, and maintain the highest standards of professional integrity.
