What you'll be doing

• You will collaborate with our development teams on high-impact projects, such as integrating AI tools into bespoke systems or building advanced alert tooling.
• You will hone your programming skills across a variety of disciplines, including DevOps, data engineering, cyber security, and web development.
• You will participate in a collaborative project selection process, working in pairs to deliver solutions that provide tangible value to our business and financial markets.

What you'll bring

We are looking for innovative problem solvers who are eager to apply their technical skills in a creative way. While a formal Computer Science degree is not required, you should demonstrate a strong passion for technology and a history of building your skills through personal projects, hackathons, or previous internship experience. Because we value collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit, you should possess excellent communication skills and a desire to work closely with your teammates. You should be comfortable taking ownership of your work, as we provide our interns with significant autonomy and responsibility. Proficiency in English is required for this role, which is based fully on-site in our London office from June 30th to August 22nd.
