What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Technology Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis at our office in Dartmouth, NS. In this role, you will be a key player in our transition to cloud-based infrastructure while providing high-level support to our staff. You will work closely with our IT partners to ensure our systems are secure, efficient, and user-friendly. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading our cloud server migration efforts to ensure a seamless transition for our infrastructure.
- Managing our SharePoint environment, including user permissions, document libraries, and workflow configurations.
- Providing expert IT support and training to staff to enhance technical literacy across the organization.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a University degree or College diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. We are looking for someone with proven experience in IT support, particularly within multi-site environments. You should have advanced knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Teams, and SharePoint. Strong organizational skills are essential, as you will be managing multiple projects and business communications simultaneously. We value candidates who are proactive problem solvers and have experience with hardware and software maintenance. While not required, familiarity with Salesforce, Mac OS, or financial activities would be considered a significant asset.
