We are dedicated to empowering independent pharmacy owners by providing the comprehensive support they need to focus on the health of their communities. We are looking for a senior Technology Coordinator to join our team at our office in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. In this role, you will be a vital part of our organization as we transition to cloud infrastructure and provide high-quality IT support to our staff.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the migration of our infrastructure to cloud servers by working closely with our internal team and external vendors to ensure a seamless transition.
- Manage our SharePoint environment, which includes overseeing user permissions, document libraries, and workflow configurations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT support, resolving technical issues for staff across our office locations and remote team members while maintaining expertise in software like Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this position, you should have a university degree or college diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- Proven experience providing high-level IT support, ideally within a multi-site organization.
- Strong technical proficiency in cloud computing and secure data management.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively in a business environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to deliver training that improves IT literacy across the company.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with Salesforce, Mac OS, or financial processes is considered a significant asset.
