What you'll be doing
- You will act as a strategic partner to our CTO, driving our technological vision, managing key initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across the entire technology department.
- You will oversee critical project and program management, establishing frameworks to monitor progress, managing risks, and ensuring alignment across engineering and product teams.
- You will serve as a trusted advisor and liaison, facilitating communication between the CTO and stakeholders, preparing executive briefings, and ensuring our leadership meetings run efficiently.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have 5 to 8 years of experience in business operations, program management, or product operations within a high-growth tech environment. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- A strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies and OKRs.
- Expertise in using tools like Jira and other project portfolio management platforms.
- Proven experience as a Chief of Staff or in a similar senior operational role supporting a C-level executive.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Comfort with financial workflows, including budgeting, audit compliance, and resource planning.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English.
