Are you ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of over 14,000 students? Since 2001, Mastery Schools has operated as a public charter network across Philadelphia and Camden, dedicated to ensuring every student gains the academic and personal skills necessary to chase their dreams. We are deeply committed to equity and dismantling systemic racism, and we invite you to join our team as we build a model urban school district. If you value a culture rooted in respect, service, and continuous improvement, we would love to have you on board.
What you bring
As a Junior Technology Associate, you will join our Network Support Team to provide essential technical services across our campuses. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United States where you will maintain our systems and support our staff. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct technical support for over 1,400 internal users.
- Managing and maintaining hardware including Windows PCs, Chromebooks, mobile devices, and VoIP phones.
- Executing inventory management procedures and assisting with the rollout of new technology across our network.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses excellent interpersonal communication skills. You should be a strong troubleshooter who can diagnose issues and research effective solutions while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, we value candidates who are currently pursuing further education or certifications. Having 1 to 2 years of practical experience in network and technical support is a plus, as are certifications such as A+, MCP, or MCSE. You must also be physically capable of performing tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating our various campus locations.
What we offer
We are proud to support our team members with a comprehensive benefits package and a $1,000 signing bonus for this position. Our commitment to your well-being and growth includes:
- A 401k retirement plan.
- A dedicated employee assistance program.
- Access to professional development opportunities.
- A mental wellness budget to support your health.
How to Apply
If you are passionate about education and technology, we encourage you to submit your application to join our mission. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome candidates from all backgrounds to help us foster an inclusive environment for our students and staff.
